Highlife® hot tubs use multi-density full foam insulation for the best heat retention and energy efficiency. Two types of foam are applied to the shell, four different densities are used in the cabinet, and the polymer base pan lifts the hot tub off the ground, limiting direct contact with cold surfaces. The result: industry-leading energy efficiency and the lowest possible operating costs.
Hot Spring® hot tub covers are made from ultra-durable polyester and are built to resist chemicals, heat, and moisture over time. The dense-foam insulating cores are encased within a non-permeable water barrier, doubling the protection and prolonging the life of a HotSpring cover. A thick insulating hinge seal prevents evaporation, improving energy efficiency and performance.

The unique No-Fault® heater is built to ensure long-lasting performance and reliability. The pump shroud or housing is engineered to transfer heat from the equipment compartment to the hot tub water.
